Makenzie earned her Master's degree in Human Resources after earning a Bachelor's in Hospitality with a minor in Marketing. She began her career in event planning before transitioning to recruiting for both professional and commercial positions. Now, she's utilizing her years of experience and relationship-building skills to spearhead the growth of Dudley Staffing. When she's not matching candidates with companies, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.

As Executive VP, Brandon Ward is responsible for Dudley Land Company operations in the mid-continent and overseeing our sister company, Associated Resources, Inc. Before becoming the Executive Vice President of Dudley Land Company, he spent the previous 20 years working as a landman in nearly every state in the US that produces oil and gas. He’s performed title examinations, performed/managed both mineral and surface acquisition projects, due diligence, and was VP for Associated Resources Inc. Aside from work, Brandon enjoys hanging out with his family, hunting, fishing, and golfing, and thinks that there’s not a better feeling in life than a good eye roll from his daughters after a corny dad joke.

As Director of Business Development for In-House Services, I oversee all new incoming business for both Dudley Land Company and Dudley Staffing. My primary focus is collaborating with the Dudley Staffing team to build out Dudley's energy staffing division, with the goal of becoming the leading in-house staffing company in the upstream oil & gas sector. Our comprehensive services include contract staffing, temp-to-hire placement, and direct hire recruitment. Before transitioning to Dudley Land and Dudley Staffing, I successfully established and expanded our sister company ARI's Houston office to more than 30 employees serving over 30 clients, and helped facilitate ARI's divestiture to PetroLedger. When I'm not developing business relationships, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, watching college football, and playing pickleball.

Eliza earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management with double minors in Human Resources Management and Event Planning and Management. She began her career in event planning before transitioning to Human Resources, which naturally led her to a career in recruiting. Now, she's bringing her diverse background and passion for connecting people to her work at Dudley Staffing. When she's not hard at work finding the perfect fit, she's trading her desk for the great outdoors — exploring trails and making memories with her husband and their trusty four-legged sidekick.
