How long does it typically take to fill a professional role?

For mid-level roles, we're often presenting qualified candidates within 1-2 weeks. For senior or highly specialized positions, it might take 3-4 weeks.

What if the person doesn't work out?

For direct hire placements, we offer a guarantee period. If someone doesn't work out, we'll replace them at no additional cost.

Do you require exclusive agreements?

We don't require exclusivity, but we do our best work when we're your primary partner.

How do you handle confidential searches?

We're experienced at handling confidential situations professionally without compromising discretion.

What's your fee structure?

For contract staffing, we charge an hourly markup. For contract-to-hire, there's a conversion fee. For direct hire, we work on contingency. We're happy to discuss specific rates when we talk.
